First we went to Dustin Park to check out the many crafts, raffles, food, mini-horses, face painting, etc...

It was a very busy place!
Upon hearing "gunfire" from the area of the river, we mosied on over to see what we could see....
Well, we saw pirates that were bickering about whatever... some of them even looked upon ME as threat as I was pointing a foreign object at them... so they fired upon ME! Luckily, I was out of range.
The threat continued during the parade, but then they decided that I was actually quite harmless and ignored me after that.

Perhaps the rain dampened their fighting spirit!
Local firetrucks and rescue vehicles ended the parade with sirens, horns, and lights!
